Terms of use

You need to be old enough, under the laws of where you live, to agree to these terms yourself, or have a parent or guardian's permission. A parent or guardian may create and manage a circle that includes their minor children.

Track My Circle is built for people who want to share their location with each other — a family or another group you trust. You may only add someone to a circle, or view their location, with their knowledge and consent (or, for a minor in your care, as their parent or guardian). Using the app to track someone without their knowledge or against their wishes is not permitted.

Track My Circle offers a free tier and paid plans with higher circle-size and place limits, described in the app. A free trial of a paid plan is available once per account. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period.

If the person who owns a paid plan lets it lapse, the whole circle they sponsor drops to the free tier's limits rather than losing data — nothing is deleted just because a subscription ends.

Location, driving-event, and Safe Zone detection rely on your phone's GPS and sensors, which are not perfectly accurate and can be delayed, especially with a poor signal or low battery. Track My Circle is not a substitute for calling emergency services and should not be relied on as your only safety measure in an emergency.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials private. You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings; it enters a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion, which you can cancel by logging back in.

We may update these terms as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
